COMPOSITION OF THE CEO
CEO members are representatives of the communities that could potentially benefit from the increasing understanding and sharing of knowledge, as well as from the applied science activities performed through the KN, such as end-users and beneficiaries of the KN and more broadly of the UCPM.
The composition of the community is structured in multi-panel (i.e. natural risks, civic and community engagement in support of DRM, communication, social vulnerability, etc.).
The CEO composition include scientists/academics, decision makers, relevant actors in civil protection. The CEO will be concretely involved through stimulating networking activities and, at the same time, an awarding scheme to recognize the active commitment of CEO members will be established.
ROLE OF THE CEO
- To advise the Project Consortium in its activities of best practice collection and systematization, providing expert opinions and hints on relevant best practices, solutions or background available information.
- To give support for the critical review of the best practices and solutions already existing in the EU countries.
- To give support for the selection of topics and preparation of webinars and workshop
- To facilitate networking activities with the broader community of experts and practitioners for DRM.
