The project will support the cost of the event, but in order to optimize time and to let you free to choose your best option, we kindly ask you to book your own flight/train and accommodation.
Please, have in mind the maximum allowances from each origin city covered by EC under the project, as per the table below (consider the total comprehensive of round trip from each origin city, 1 night accomodation and subsistence). Especially for those coming from very far, please let us know if flight arrangements will imply a longer period, we will let you know the updated allowance.
Regarding reimbursement, we kindly ask you to send by December 15th the attached form duly filled and the scan of all the receipts (boarding pass, hotel invoices, etc.). Sorry for the hurry but the project will conclude by December and we need to close everything before the Christmas holiday season.
